in the staff chat of the IB i moderated we called him "omsk", as that's where his timezone was set from his useragent. His system language is russian, he uses google chrome, and he always uses VPNs that sponsor a lot such as nord, surfshark and expressvpn. Contrary to popular belief the poster is not a bot and posts manually as it has passed PoW (computational) captchas as well as complicated human captchas.
