Yeah, I started making one in C# Webforms .NET 3.5 so it would be compatible with older versions of Windows.
It's not really a true browser like JaneXeno because I just display the web page (except for the welcome page, which is a local HTML file), but I'd like to change that in the future.

The biggest problem is the JS of the imageboard and oekaki. Otherwise, it works perfectly.

Supported file types are BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG. Maximum file size allowed is 15 MB. Images greater than 250x250 pixels will be thumbnailed. Images smaller than 30x30 pixels will be refused. You better have a post-secondary education! I implore you to read the Rules, even if you may have used a version of this site before. I am aware that this software blows in its current state. Expect gradual fixes to functions such as motion picture posting. In the mean time, upload any files you are incapable of posting on the Uploader instead
