No, it's for PHP 7 and it doesn't include any MIME checking.
I know that because it's the one I'm using.

I updated several deprecated parts and added webm and mp4 support.
I could also add flash support, but I don’t know if it’s really necessary tbh.

Do you know PHP or was this a trial and error thing? Do you also know perl?

Yeah I know PHP, but I'm not great at it.
I've never done Perl, only tried Wakaba and Kareha.
I'd like to learn though.
