Do you ever see any cool graffiti art?
The only pieces are decade old. I think these guys used steal their paint, cause buying cans just to get fined if you get caught makes no sense, and it's been a while since that stuff is under lock and key.

I live in a rural area and starting last year my walmart decided to lock up the paint, idk maybe someone was stealing paint but I always bought mine
