When it comes to imageboards, I might go with Fikaba due to it also being based on futaba and futallaby, having oekaki, and already having a solid foundation.

Heyuri didn't just magick its userbase into existence. There were multiple freak occurances that all happened at once - it wouldn't have worked at any other time with any other people
