yeah
it is terrible on phones since the interface barely fits and you will 100% tap in a location that ends up drawing to the picture even though it doesn't look like it should have
but it does work
my normal drawing setup is an android tablet with a capacitive pen, and the larger screen makes everything work wonderfully

I think some parts are a bit too bright, but that wouldn't be too hard to fix, just go over it with the watercolor tool at low opacity
my background was very quick and dirty and I was thinking about doing something like your foamy beach the whole time (and didn't do it lol)
