Continued from the imgboard bunker, I would suggest just using the standalone flash player:https://archive.org/download/adobe-flash-player-32.0.0.465-retail-debug/flashplayer_32_sa.exeRuffle is horrible, it is worth it just to download the flashes and play it on the standalone if your browser doesn't support flash.I myself have flash in browser, but I think some newer browser purposefully try to make it impossible to get flash on them without an extension.
I'm not going to use a Windows program.
