1. FILE > IMPORT > IMPORT TO LIBRARY
(For perfect looping, use .wav files.)
2. Select the default layer
Choose your music in "Sound"
Then set the same settings as shown in the image.
1. Resize the document to the same size as your image (in the screenshots, I did it afterwards).
2. Import the image as you did for the audio and drag the "movie" gif into the scene.
Note: if you see this dialog box, just click OK.
You can change the background color and frame rate to suit your needs.
